Fountain Softeners is a family-run business distributing water softeners, water softener salt and water purification supplies UK-wide for over 40-years. After slipping off the front page of Google Organic, the Surrey-based firm had become dependent on Paid Search traffic, with costs quickly spiralling out of control.
Site Reach were tasked with getting Fountain Softeners back to the top of Google Organic for a selection of high revenue generating keyphrases, as well as lowering their PPC spend in favour of a more balanced strategy.
How we helped
Google Partners Site Reach set to work analysing the historic performance of the client’s Google Adwords account before completely overhauling the campaign. With PPC spend under control, the team then set to work optimising company’s ecommerce website by applying the latest ecommerce SEO methods to increase homepage, category and product page performance on the major Search Engines. Our team also rolled out a highly-optimised XML Shopping Feed to the top shopping affiliates.
